Perfectly positioned between the historic towns of Port Elliot and Goolwa, it's only a 300m walk to the beautiful swimming and surf beach, making it the perfect base for a family holiday, catching up with friends, or exploring the region.

The Beach House
Our Beach House comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen and kitchenette, two indoor living areas, a front balcony, and a spacious rear deck complete with an outdoor pizza oven and large BBQ.
A large open-plan kitchen and living area provides plenty of space to relax and unwind, while a separate lounge is perfect for kids to enjoy their own space. The fully equipped galley-style kitchen opens directly onto the rear deck, where you'll find a generous alfresco dining and lounge area, ideal for long lunches and relaxed evenings together.
The Rooms

Our king/queen bedrooms have direct access via sliding door to the deck or porch and include built in wardrobes/hangers.
The king bedroom has a private ensuite, bedrooms 2 and 3 access the second bathroom, with bath and separate toilet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are serviced by the third bathroom.
The ‘kids’ room, bedroom 5, has 2 standard bunk beds and 1 double/single bunk bed. This is accessible directly to the kitchenette and downstairs living area.

PUT YOUR FEET UP AND STRETCH OUT: Relax in our spacious living areas, the upstairs with a 10-seater couch and chaise, complete with a 50” Smart TV, online streaming, DVD library, Xbox 360, and ample board/card games. The downstairs area is the perfect escape for the kids. 50” tv, online streaming, DVD library.
Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning services both floors. A private enclosed rear yard houses our fire pit, gravel and a grass area for kids to run around. Across the road is a large park with playground, gazebo and seating.

A COOKS DELIGHT KITCHEN: Prepare delicious cuisines in the fully equipped kitchen with ample supplies, pantry space, and an extensive range of appliances. Spices, oils and some kitchen essentials are provided including cleaning products.

We would appreciate if all guests could tidy up the house on exit including clearing out the fridge, unpacking the dishwasher and putting all rubbish in the bin. Please make sure all personal items have been collected before checking out. There is no need to clean the apartment as your stay includes a cleaning fee.

Due to stairs inside the house, wheelchair access is not available, However we do supply a shower seat for those who can't stand for periods of time.
