Welcome to Southerly, a stunning new holiday home located just steps from beautiful Middleton Beach.
Surrounded by peaceful nature and offering breathtaking ocean and hill views, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends.

Located just a short drive from Goolwa, Port Elliot and Victor Harbor, you’ll be in the ideal spot to explore the beauty of South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula.
The Rooms

The master bedroom is a true retreat. With a luxurious king-size bed, walk-through wardrobe, and a stunning ensuite bathroom, it’s your private oasis. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to beautiful water views from the sliding doors that lead out to the deck.
The king bedroom has a private ensuite, bedrooms 2 and 3 access the second bathroom, with bath and separate toilet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are serviced by the third bathroom.
The ‘kids’ room, bedroom 5, has 2 standard bunk beds and 1 double/single bunk bed. This is accessible directly to the kitchenette and downstairs living area.

Upstairs is the heart of the home—an expansive, light-filled open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The stunning ocean views from the large windows and glass sliding doors will immediately capture your attention. The living room invites relaxation, with comfy leather couches, an electric fireplace, and a large TV with a DVD player. It’s the perfect place to curl up on cooler nights.
Step outside onto the large, undercover deck to truly soak in the holiday vibes. The deck is complete with an outdoor dining table for 8 and a BBQ—perfect for sunset dinners while watching the waves roll in.

The dining area features a large table seating 10, plus a highchair for little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including an electric cooktop and oven, a breakfast bar with stools, a dishwasher, and a coffee pod machine for your morning brew.

Work remotely from the desk in the quiet downstairs space (though the temptation of the beach might be a bit distracting!)

Downstairs there is a large screen TV, gaming console, and split system heating and cooling. There’s a range of games, toys, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained after a day in the sun.

We would appreciate if all guests could tidy up the house on exit including clearing out the fridge, unpacking the dishwasher and putting all rubbish in the bin. Please make sure all personal items have been collected before checking out. There is no need to clean the apartment as your stay includes a cleaning fee. The BBQ must be cleaned or a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

The house does have both inside and outside stairs, however the ensuite shower has roll in/roll out access.
